About the area
The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute drive to San Juan or Muxtamel. There are only two bars nearby which both serve food. One is a typical Spanish bar and the other is at Muxtamel Aerodrome. Both are a few minutes drive by car.
Hire car is strongly recommended. Benidorm is a 25 minute drive and Alicante is a 15 minute drive.
Please note that Rio Park is at an early stage of development and therefore it will not be suitable for everyone. It may suit someone who is looking for a long term rental whilst they are waiting for a property to complete or someone working in the City or nearby. It may also be ideal for golfers as Bonalba Golf is nearby or if you just want to relax and do nothing at all.
Beach/Golf
El Campello and San Juan beaches are a 10 minute drive.
For golf lovers, Bonalba Golf is a 5-10 minute drive from Rio Park.
Please note that there is a charge of 70 euros for the cleaning of the apartment. This is paid locally.
