Luxury 3/4 bedroom townhouse situated on Alenda Golf Course, in a quiet location, boasting panoramic views of Monforte del Cids mountains and the Mediteranean beyond.
This large property comprises of 3 double bedrooms (1 en-suite) 1 shower room, 1 downstairs wc, 2 living areas, dining area, fully equiped kitchen, utility room and 3 terraces. The ground floor is very large and has a double sofa bed, this space leads to a private courtyard with BBQ facility.
From the private courtyard, access is gained through a secure gate to the large swimming pool, there is also a smaller shallow pool.
Along from the swimming pools is a childrens play area (this is fenced off from the pool area)
The property is only a 5 min stroll from the newly opened Clubhouse where you can sip a drink or two whilst enjoying a meal. Also, alongside the Clubhouse is a new supermarket which sells fresh bread daily!
Alenda Green is a spacious high quality property in which to unwind and relax and is perfectly located to explore all the Costas have to offer.
Alenda Golf
Alenda Golf 18 hole Golf Course, established 1997.
The course is 6257 meters par 72.
The first 9 holes are more open with wider sloping farways, dotted with pines, carob and palm trees. Great views.
The back 9 is my favourite part of the course. The holes are much tighter with fairways that twist and turn, also the 18th is a real test driving over a large lake.
The new Clubhouse has a large terrace where you can sit with a beer whist taking in views of the mountains and Med.
Alicante and surrounding area
The property is superbly located for exploring all that the Costa Blanca has to offer. Whether its the vibrant, cosmopolitan City of Alicante, with its Marina, beautiful sandy beaches and wide variey of restaurants and bars. Or the quieter, old town of Elche, which is lit up beautifully for an evening stroll.
The beaches all along the coastline are sandy and spacious, or you can escape the heat and explore the mountains, rivers and caves that the area has to offer. For those young at heart, Benidorm, with its theme parks and attractions, is a 25 min drive away.
